Update

I worked out 4 days this week. Haven’t been sleeping well, so I gave in last night and just went to bed instead of working out. Regretting it already.

I lost 3.4 lbs this week and 1.5 inches!
Very happy about the progress.

I did two days of Wii boxing. I include a lot of cardio in that while I’m not boxing, so it is quite the intense work out. Then I did two days of Jillian Michael’s 30 day shred. I intend from now on to only do the Wii boxing when I am really sore and can’t make it through a more difficult workout.
